Terms of use

These terms apply to skobka.eu and the applications published on it, which are offered by «LEGAL_ENTITY is not set», at «LEGAL_ADDRESS is not set». Using them means accepting these terms.

What is on offer

A set of small applications, free of charge, and at an early stage. Some are marked as beta, and the mark is meant literally: they change, they may be wrong, and they may be withdrawn. Nothing here is sold to you and nothing here is warranted to work.

Your account

One account reaches every application. Keep control of the email address it is tied to, because whoever reads that mailbox can sign in. Tell us at «LEGAL_CONTACT_EMAIL is not set» if you believe someone else has.

Your content is yours

What you put into an application belongs to you. We claim no rights over it, and we do not look at it except where we have to in order to fix a fault you have reported or where the law requires it. We store it so that the application can give it back to you; that is the whole of the permission we take.

What we ask of you

Do not use these applications to break the law, to store or share unlawful material, to interfere with the service or with other people's use of it, or to extract data in bulk by automated means. An account doing any of those can be suspended, and material that is plainly unlawful can be removed.

Backups are not a promise

The platform is backed up, and the backups are not a guarantee. Keep your own copy of anything you would be sorry to lose. Data that matters to you should not exist in only one place, and that is true of every service, not only this one.

Availability, and endings

There is no uptime commitment. An application may be changed, paused or discontinued. If an application is discontinued we will say so in advance and give you a way to take your data out, unless we are prevented from doing that by circumstances outside our control.

You may stop at any time and ask for your account to be deleted, as the privacy notice describes.

Liability

The applications are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of «LEGAL_JURISDICTION is not set». If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in substance the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the applications after that means accepting the new version.
